Order before 2pm for same day dispatch (Mon - Fri, excluding bank holidays)

Royal Mail Next Business Day orders placed on a Friday before 14:00 will be received the following Monday. Royal Mail Next Business Day orders placed after 14:00 on Friday and over the weekend will be received the following Tuesday.

Bank Holiday Fridays and Mondays do not count as a business or dispatch day.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

UK orders will all receive shipping confirmation & a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All DPD orders will receive an SMS message outlining a 1 hour delivery window if a phone number was provided at checkout.

Purchases will no longer be possible for EU based customers on www.dixxon.co.uk and the Dixxon UK App. This is a decision, prompted by changes in EU government legislation from July 1st 2026.
