Returns Policy:

If you are unhappy with your recent purchase, you have 28 days from purchase to return to us for a refund or exchange (for UK returns a £2.99 shipping fee will be applied) - any items must reach our returns department within 28 days of purchase for any problems or concerns with merchandise.

For UK customers shipping and handling fees will be applied automatically in our returns portal. For faulty or incorrectly sent product your return costs will be covered, please contact shop@dixxon.co.uk directly to action this.

For EU customers please be aware you will be responsible to cover return shipping costs and to arrange a courier.

Returns must reach our returns department within 28 days of purchase date for any problems or concerns with merchandise. The goods should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging return the item/s in an unworn & re-sellable condition with both the printed receipt and return form for a refund or exchange. All exchanges dependent on existing stock.

Under these circumstances we cannot refund any postage charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items *, accept any returns of underwear, accept items that aren't in their original packaging or not in a re-sellable, like new condition. (*This includes the cost of delivery for any items sent under a Free Delivery upgrade)  
Please note: Any return label costs incurred returning faulty or incorrectly shipped items will be refunded upon our reciept, inspection and verification of the goods.

All customers should receive tracking details upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. Packages that fail to be delivered/collected/or received are sent back to Dixxon UK at the company's expense. The customer will be notified of said return by a service representative.

Dixxon UK will not issue refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will have any exchange/refund option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, may not be exchanged for items at their discounted price.

Dixxon UK cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs if the original packaging and/or hygiene seal has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
